Key Roles At RPF
As a Site Supervisor, you will have a sound understanding of legislation, regulation, and codes of practice relevant to construction; residential requirements on worksites. You will assess damage, information, report on scope of work to complete, collect supporting evidence, and estimate project costs. Additionally, you will supervise the work, coordinate trades, and ensure that all work is completed on time and to RPF quality standards. Ideally you will have a trade qualification in carpentry, with a minimum of 5 years experience working as a Supervisor/Estimator.
The repairs co-ordinator is a key role in providing support to the Site Supervisors to ensure the correct engagement of trades and other contractors as per the approved work agreements. Ideally suited to someone with strong administrative skills, with a key eye for details, and exceptional communication skills.
Ideally this role is suited to an experienced Carpenter or relevant tradesperson, who is looking to move away from the tools, into an office based role, where your day will consist of completing between 4 to 8 assessment reports and quotes subject to their size and complexity.
The Job Administrator acts as the liaison between RPF Building, the insurance provider, policy holders and Estimators. This role is the administrative support for all aspects of job management, and manages inbound and outbound calls from customer, suppliers and intermediaries relating to the claims.
