Our team of building construction practitioners have extensive experience working in natural disaster response. Our experience means we are confident in dealing with vulnerability and take our time to understand what it means for those involved. We adapt our process to ensure we are best meeting our customers’ needs every time. We apply this skillset to our home modifications projects and achieve great results as we work collaboratively with the NDIS Home Modifications assessors. With open and unrestricted building licences in all our service areas we can take on projects of all sizes and levels of complexity. As principal contractor we can engage, coordinate and manage all required sub-contractors. We utilise a mix of employee tradesman and trusted sub-contractors to ensure the project runs smoothly. As an NDIS & Aged Care Registered Provider no job is to small nor to big, which allows us to help any participant on the NDIS or Aged Care who requires home modifications.
Service Flexibility
We understand every NDIS participant & Aged Care resident's circumstances vary. Our flexible operating model allows us to accommodate the needs of everyone. Whether that be in regard to invoicing, fee structures or acceptable times to carry out works. Our team maintain site attendance within 5 days and completion of quotation or reports within 5 days from site attendance. We also maintain the capacity to respond to urgent jobs on much shorter notice when required.
